Cost Plus World Market and World Market Center Las Vegas today announced reaching an agreement settling all issues regarding each business’s trademarks and brands. Cost Plus Management Services, Inc., the company that owns the World Market and Cost Plus World Market brands, has reached an agreement with World Market Center Las Vegas which will enable it to continue to use that mark. Cost Plus World Market and World Market Center Las Vegas believe the resolution protects the brands of both companies. The pending litigation in this matter has been dismissed by both parties.
The agreement allows both businesses to use their respective unique logos to attract their respective audiences to the goods and services that each company provides.
