Optimism and enthusiasm run high at Las Vegas Design Center at World Market Center Las Vegas as tenants such as luxury brand French Heritage opt to renew leases and even remodel showrooms.
Henessy Wayser, vice president and chief creative officer for French Heritage, said that Las Vegas Design Center at World Market Center Las Vegas is an ideal match for French Heritage’s showroom, which is geared toward the design and high-end community. The High Point, N.C.-based French Heritage is known for its luxury case goods and upholstery with French and European influences. Their location within Las Vegas Design Center gives both buyers and designers access to the unique offerings.
“Las Vegas Design Center is the place to go for great furnishings in the western United States,” said Wayser. “People don’t want to be separated from decision making, which is why opening it up to consumer input is so valuable. Las Vegas Design Center does just that, with a multitude of options under one roof.”
Randy Wells, vice president of Las Vegas Design Center, said that now more than ever is a vital time to forge relationships such as the one with French Heritage. “In this sink-or-swim economy, we are always both honored and humbled when tenants, such as French Heritage, reinforce their commitment to Las Vegas Design Center. By renewing and remodeling their showroom this luxury furniture destination in investing in the bright future and innovation that Las Vegas Design Center brings to the home furnishings and design industry.”
Wells went on to describe French Heritage as an anchor tenant within Las Vegas Design Center—one that has helped and will continue helping to solidify LVDC’s reputation as the premiere destination for home and design needs. “French Heritage is extremely well respected in our industry and the company’s retail customers include high-end furniture stores around the country,” Wells said. “We are honored to partner with French Heritage as a tenant in our year-round design center.”
Wayser is already looking ahead to February 2010 Las Vegas Market, and said highlights will include new upholstery fabrics and frames. “Furniture is much more than a commodity—it is for your home. We find that people want to feel good about their environment and they want their environment to be reflective of them and who they are.” Wayser said that French Heritage offers quality products that reflect the very essence of the buyer.
In addition, the Las Vegas Design Center’s Design Salon gives the public unique access to French Heritage as well as other showrooms. This service facilitates complimentary consultations for consumers with professional designers, and gives those consumers access to showrooms within Las Vegas Design Center. It’s the product of a partnership between Las Vegas Design Center and The American Society of Interior Designers’ (ASID) California Central/Nevada chapter. Las Vegas Design Center is located at 495 Grand Central Parkway.
