What are the show dates and hours?
The Winter Market is scheduled for January 29 - February 2, 2007 for the Permanent Showrooms and Pavilions; January 30 - February 2, 2007 for the Temporary Exhibits at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Market hours for World Market Center and the Pavilions are Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Market hours for the Temporary Exhibits at Cashman Center are Tuesday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Who is the general contractor and how do I contact them?
Our general service contractor for the Pavilions and for Cashman Center is Freeman. You will soon be receiving your Exhibitor Services Manual (ESM) with all the relevant contact information. For questions regarding the Pavilions, please contact Jessica Rantfl at 702-599-3074 or JRanftl@lasvegasmarket.com. For questions regarding the Las Vegas Convention Center, please contact Pedro Garcia at 702-599-3072 or PGarcia@lasvegasmarket.com.
What comes standard with my booth?
Your space rental may include the following:
Carpeting
8’ High Backdrape – Inline 10’ deep
3’ High Siderail – Inline 10’ deep
(1) 7” x 44” Exhibitor ID Sign
Pre-opening vacuuming
Wastebasket
Where can I order furniture, electrical, housekeeping for my booth?
All of these services are being coordinated by various vendors. You will be receiving order forms with your ESM.
What about shipping/receiving/materials handling?
Rates and additional information will be included with your Exhibitor Service Manual.
Does my booth design need to be approved?
Any booth exceeding the 8' ft. height limit does require advance approval because of height restrictions in the temporary facility. Also, any proposed hanging signs require advance approval.
Where can I get resources for catering, floral, entertainment, etc.?
Your Exhbitor Service Manual will include all the resources you need.
What about registration badges?
You will be able to register after you have signed a contract by filling out the form in your Exhibitor Servuce Manual or visiting Registration.
How can I invite my key accounts to Market?
Please provide contact information to Buyer Relations Manager Barbara Rhea at 888-416-8600 or at BRhea@lasvegasmarket.com. Your buyer list will only be utilized by World Market Center’s marketing and buyer services department.
How can I book hotels for Market?

Will there be lead retrieval equipment available?
Yes. We encourage you to rent lead retrieval units through ExpoExchange, our registration vendor, prior to market. These units will not only help you track traffic in your showrooms, they’ll also entitle you to detailed reports and information about the buyers you see.
