What are the show dates and hours?
The Summer 2008 Market is taking place July 28 - August 1, 2008 at World Market Center Las Vegas
Market hours for World Market Center Las Vegas are Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Who is the general contractor and how do I contact them?
Our general service contractor is Freeman. Prior to Summer Market, you will receive your Exhibitor Services Manual (ESM) with all the relevant contact information or go to Exhibitor Services Manual on our website to view the online manual.

What comes standard with my booth?
Building C Exhibit Space Floors 4 & 10 Leased Booth Package (10’x10’) includes:
· Drayage (cost of freight handling received at Showsite On Target only for both move-in & move-out)
· 3ft. high hard wall dividers - White panel (please see Rules and Regulations for specifics)
· 1 Booth ID Floor sticker (8.5” x 11”)
· In house carpet - tan color
· 1 night complimentary booth carpet vacuuming
· 1 wastebasket
Building C Exhibit Space Floor 5 Leased Booth Package (10’x10’) includes:
· Drayage (cost of freight handling received at Showsite On Target only for both move-in & move-out)
· 8ft. high hard wall in line partitions - White panel (available on request only)
· 1 Booth ID Floor sticker (8.5” x 11”)
· Black Booth carpet & White Aisle carpet
· 1 night complimentary booth carpet vacuuming
· 1 wastebasket
Where can I order furniture, electrical or housekeeping for my booth?
All of these services are being coordinated by various vendors. You will be receiving order forms with your ESM.

Where can I get resources for catering, floral, entertainment, etc.?
Your Exhibitor Service Manual will include all the resources you need.
What about registration badges?
You
will be able to register after you have signed a contract by filling
out the form in your Exhibitor Service Manual or visiting Registration.

How can I invite my key accounts to Market?
Please send your buyers list to Retail Relations Manager Barbara Rhea at 888-416-8600 or at barbara.rhea@lasvegasmarket.com. Your buyer list will only be utilized by World Market Center’s marketing and buyer services department.
How can I book hotels for Market?

Once I arrive in Las Vegas, how do I get around?
Las Vegas is a very cab-friendly city. Also, some hotels offer their own shuttles between the airport and their properties. Be sure to check with your hotel concierge prior to arrival. Average taxi fares are $15 from McCarran to the Strip, $20 from McCarran to Downtown, and $10 from the Strip to Downtown. In addition, Las Vegas offers a great monorail system. Will there be lead retrieval equipment available?
Yes. We encourage you to rent lead retrieval units through Experient Inc., our registration vendor, prior to market. These units will help you track traffic in your showrooms and let you order detailed reports and information about the buyers you see. Go to Building Information & Services to get a copy of the order form.

Where can I get a list of buyers registered for Market?
The list rental program for the Summer 2008 Las Vegas Market is now closed. For information regarding the Buyer List Rental Program, please contact Marketing Services Coordinator, Sarah Mount at (702) 599-3065 or at sarah.mount@lasvegasmarket.com.
I would like to use the World Market Center Las Vegas logo with my marketing materials. Are their specific requirements for logo/branding usage?
World Market Center Las Vegas requests all vendors comply with the agreement which includes usage and branding identifications on all products.
The correct branding in text format is:
World Market Center Las Vegas
1. Please note the words “Las Vegas” must be included when using WORLD MARKET CENTER in all references. Do not hyphenate (add a dash) between Center and Las Vegas.
2. Also, if using the standard WORLD MARKET CENTER LAS VEGAS logo, the words “Las Vegas” must be included under WORLD MARKET CENTER. Do not remove the city locator. 3. WORLD MARKET CENTER LAS VEGAS may not be identified solely as WORLD MARKET CENTER without the term LAS VEGAS immediately preceding or following it.
