What about hotels during non-market times?
World Market Center Las Vegas has arranged for preferred rates at a variety of properties year round.
For non gaming hotel options, please contact the Marriott (representing the Marriott Suites, Residence Inn, and Courtyard by Marriott hotels) at 702-650-6616 and ask for rate code WMEL.
For a hotel downtown, near World Market Center Las Vegas, please contact the Golden Nugget at 800-828-6206 and ask for the World Market Center Las Vegas rate.
For all other hotels, including properties on the Strip, please contact RHQ Housing at 877-584-6787. Be sure to tell them you’re with the World Market Center Las Vegas.
Once I arrive in Las Vegas, how do I get around?
Las Vegas is a very cab-friendly city. Also, some hotels offer their own shuttles between the airport and their properties. Be sure to check with your hotel concierge prior to arrival. Average taxi fares are $15 from McCarran to the Strip, $20 from McCarran to Downtown, and $10 from the Strip to Downtown.

Will there be lead retrieval equipment available?
Yes. We encourage you to rent lead retrieval units through Experient Lead Retrieval prior to market. These units help you track traffic in your showrooms and you also have the option of getting detailed reports and information about the buyers you see. Go to Lead Retrieval/Data Rental to get a copy of the order form.

Can I bring guests to my showroom between markets?
You may bring guests to your showroom during non-market times by notifying World Market Center Las Vegas at least two days prior to arrange access. You will be responsible for any operational costs associated with accessing your space during non-market times. If you are a tenant of the Las Vegas Design Center (on the first two floors), you can openly invite guests into your showroom any week day between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM and there is no need to notify World Market Center Las Vegas.
